● Develop a results-driven approach for racial equity by utilizing both quantitative and

qualitative data analyses to drive concrete system and programmatic improvements

that are effective in eliminating racial disparities across homelessness and intersecting

systems.

● Develop strategies with communities most impacted to support greater engagement

and investment in local BIPOC grassroots organizations serving historically

disenfranchised communities overrepresented in homelessness systems.

● Create content and product development in order to help communities develop large-

scale re-housing activities and have access to equitable assistance for better housing

outcomes.

● Support communities in identifying system disparities and test racially equitable CE

processes.

● Design a system-wide equitable assessment and prioritization process that helps to

increase racially equitable housing stability outcomes.

● Create strategies and action steps to improve the experience of Black, Indigenous,

and all People of Color engaging with the Homeless Response System.
